If the rack and/or the rod gets dirty...
● Wipe clean with a damp cloth and a solution of mild detergent, then remove
all moisture with a dry cloth.
* Do not clean with benzine or thinners, etc.
(It may cause deformation or fading.)
● If it comes into contact with chemicals, please remove them immediately.
Depending on the type of chemical and the length of exposure, color fading
may occur.
In case of malfunction
Situation
The rod does not
come out.
The rod cannot be
put away.
It makes a squeaky
sound.
Hold the arm component and place the rod on the rod support.
Ensure rod is fully contracted before storing it away.
Possible causes
Are you pulling the wrong end of
the pull cord?
When you restart using this after a
long time, it may not be as easy to
open it as usual.
The arm joints are rubbing against
each other.
Please pull the other end.
Please try to lift up the lid by hand once.
Please apply something like lubricating oil
(silicon type) on the arm joints (figure).
Please do not use machine oil or anything similar.
