1. Safety
warning! the warnings, cautions and instructions referred to in this manual cannot cover all possible conditions and situations that may
occur. it must be understood that common sense and caution are factors which cannot be built into this product, but must be applied by the
operator.
do not overload ramp, maximum capacity 680kg. All loads must be evenly distributed.

Always use the safety strap to securely fasten the ramp to the vehicle to prevent the ramp slipping off the tailgate.

carefully roll or winch equipment up or down the ramp. never drive or ride your equipment while loading or unloading.

Make sure the ramp is aligned with the wheels of the equipment being loaded or unloaded.

Always load or unload on a solid, level, well lit and stable surface with the vehicle in gear the parking/emergency brake on and the engine

off.
Wear gloves. Remove ill fitting clothing, remove ties, watches, rings and other loose jewellery and contain long hair.

Maintain correct balance and footing, do not over reach. Ensure the floor is not slippery and wear non-slip shoes.

Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the work area.

  • Page 2 4. operation 4.1. Made sure that loading is carried out on a hard, level and stable surface with the vehicle in gear, the parking/emergency brake on and the engine switched off. 4.2. unfold and place the edge of the ramp against the tailgate of the vehicle. 4.3.
