Symptoms
The unit
does not
operate
normally.

Troubleshooting
y Make sure that you have pressed the on/off
button properly.
y Charge the unit according to the instructions in
this manual.
y Check if the battery status LED on the unit
lights up when the unit is charging.
y The battery is discharged. Recharge the battery.
y Connect the unit to the power supply with the
charging adapter.
y Check the charger to which you connect the
unit is live.
y Check whether the voltage indicated on the unit
corresponds to the local mains voltage.
y If the water collected in the voice guide hole, the
voice guide might not sound. Please shake off
remaining water thoroughly prior to use.
y There is Voice guide hole on bottom of the unit.
Please hold the unit without blocking voice
guidance hole.
y Voice guide might be off. Refer to "Voice Assistance
Setting" to turn on voice guide. (Page 27)
