Contents of this chapter

The chapter contains instructions for checking the delivery, transportation and
storage and installation of the drive. It also contains the ambient condition
requirements and lists the relevant standards and directives.

Checking the delivery

The delivery contains:
• the ACS355 drive with the ATEX/Ex marking label
• a set of warning stickers in 10 languages
• this manual (3AXD50000042618 [English]).
Make sure that all items are present and that there are no signs of damage. Notify the
shipper immediately if damaged components are found.
Before installation, check the information on the type designation label of the drive to
verify that the drive is of the correct type. See section
