Description
Glows green to indicate the computer is
connected to a LAN hub.
Connection points for USB 2.0 or 1.1 devices.
Two USB 2.0 ports are provided on the back of
the port replicator. The ports with black color
are USB 2.0 ports.
Connection points for USB 3.0 or 2.0 or 1.1
devices. Four USB 3.0 ports are provided on
the back of the port replicator. The ports with
blue color are USB 3.0 ports.
❖ Certain USB devices, such as optical disk drives
and hard disk drives, have high power
requirements. Due to the power output limitations of
the USB ports, you may not be able to operate
more than one such device at a time.
❖ If your USB device came with an AC adaptor, be
sure to connect the device to a power outlet with
the AC adaptor, in addition to connecting the device
to the port replicator with a USB cable.
