Problem
The
appliance
does not
pick up dirt
effectively.
The
appliance
has a short
operating
time.
Dirt
escapes
from the
appliance.
The
appliance
has no
suction
power.
Possible cause
The dirt tray is
full.
The roller brush
is clogged.
The battery
pack has
developed a
memory effect.
The dirt tray is
full.
The dirt tray
door is not
locked properly.
Solution
Empty the dirt tray (see chapter
'Cleaning').
Clean the roller brush (see chapter
'Cleaning').
Discharge the battery pack
completely by letting the appliance
run until it stops. Then recharge the
battery pack for 16-18 hours. Repeat
this discharge-charge cycle 3-5 times.
Empty the dirt tray (see chapter
'Cleaning').
Make sure you put the dirt tray
properly back into the appliance. If the
dirt tray is properly inserted, the dirt
tray door closes automatically (see
chapter 'Cleaning').
This is normal. The sweeper does not
have suction power, but is equipped
with a dynamic roller brush
that sweeps dirt into the appliance.
