    Description Area of application The three-phase machines of this series are used as industrial drives. They are designed for operation in automatic smoke and heat extraction units according to EN12101-3. These motors are designed for operation under normal and fault conditions when a fire occurs, i.e. they have a dual function.

They can be supplied as single-speed machines with different efficiency classes or as pole changing machines for several speeds. Operating conditions and characteristics can vary widely. For this reason, only general maintenance intervals can be specified here.
