Cause Step
Wiring 1 Turn OFF/ON the power switch, and
(biting) set the copy count to '1'. Is 'E064'
indicated when copying operation
ends?
Composite 2 Set the copy count to '1', and press
power the Copy Start key. Is 'E064' indicated
supply PCB when copying operation ends?
Transfer 3 Is there any fault on the transfer
charging charging assembly/transfer roller or
assembly, contacts?

Primary 4 Remove the drum cartridge, and
charging check the primary charging roller. Is
roller there a fault on the primary charging
roller or contacts?
High- 5 Remove the rear cover, and check the
voltage high-voltage cable. Are there
cable scratches or tears in the high-voltage
cable?

1 Is the scanner at home position when
'E202' is indicated?
Scanner 2 Is the scanner home position sensor
home (PS1) normal?

normal, replace PS1.
