General Problem / Solution • Remote control does not work Check the remote sensor on the remote control. Change the batteries. - Page 10 Network/ Solution • Network failure Check if the router is in working condition. For models which need USB dongle to connect to internet, check if the USB dongle is inserted properly. Make sure the TV has connected to the router properly.
