Problem
All lamps are blinking.
Water leaks from the water outlet.
The scent of the aroma is too weak.*1
The scent of the aroma is too strong.*1
*1 Perception of scents differs from person to person, as well as from scent to scent.
If the problems still cannot be solved, contact the store where you purchased the unit or a service center authorized by Panasonic for repair.

Possible cause
Device fault.
The water supply tank has been attached and
removed repeatedly.
The steamer is tilted.
The aroma tablet is set with the back side
(weak side) facing up.
The use-by date has passed.
Storage conditions were poor.
The tablet has been used the maximum
number of times.
Approximately 15 times (when using the
steam for 12 minutes each time)
The aroma tablet is set with the front side
(strong side) facing up.
Action
Contact an authorized service center
for repair.
Throw out the water inside the
steamer, then press down on the
water supply tank with the water in it
until a click is heard.
Set the steamer so that it is flat.
Turn the power off, let the steamer cool
down, then set the aroma tablet with
the front side (strong side) facing up.
Use a new aroma tablet. (See
page 11.)
Turn the power off, let the steamer cool
down, then set the aroma tablet with
the back side (weak side) facing up.
