Secure the clamp and wire harness to the rear
frame with the bolt and washer removed in the
previous step

Connect the male and female connectors of the
wire harness to the male and female terminals
of the backup alarm

Installing the Backup Alarm
Groundsmaster 5900 Series Machines
1.
Coil the harness and secure it with a cable tie
(Figure
7).

Install the backup alarm as shown in

1. Hex-head screws (1/4 x
3/4 inch)
2. Cable-tie around the coil
3. Wire harness

Connect the positive battery cable from the
battery.

Connect the negative battery cable from the
battery.

For the backup alarm to function on a
Groundsmaster 4000 and 4100, install software
version K or greater.
