Automatic switch-off

For safety reasons and to save energy,
the kettle switches off automatically.
As soon as the "keep warm" process is
activated and no fresh water has been boiled,
the appliance automatically switches off after
approx. 2 hours. The two indicator lights start
flashing simultaneously approx. 10 minutes
before the appliance switches off and go out
when the appliance has switched off.

Eliminating minor faults yourself

The appliance is not heating up or warming,
no indicator light is lit.
The overheating protection system
has actuated.
Leave the kettle 2 to cool down.
Then the appliance can be switched
on again.
