7. Enter characters in the same procedure as steps 6 – 7 in "Cre-
ating a disc name" on page 121.
8. After entering all characters, hold down the MENU button for
2 seconds or more. The group name is stored.
Creating a track name
1. In the stop mode or pause mode, select a track by pressing the

2. Press the MENU button.
3. Select "NAME" by pressing the

4. When "TRACK NAME" appears, press the MENU button.
You can enter characters now.
5. Enter characters in the same procedure as steps 6 – 7 in "Cre-
ating a disc name" on page 121.

To add a character:
1. Set the unit to the character entry mode.
2. Press the – or + to select the character before which you
wish to add another character.
3. Select the character you wish to add.
4. Hold down the MENU button for 2 seconds or more.
To erase a character:
1. Set the unit to the character entry mode.
2. Press the - or + to select the character you want to erase.
3. Press the GROUP button.
4. Hold down the MENU button for 2 seconds or more.
To change a character:
Erase the character you want to change, and then add a new

Erasing one track at a time
