Radio revision mode

The radio revision mode is used prior to the actual permanent installation to determine a suitable mounting site for
transmission and reception. Running the radio revision mode requires an RF BUS-2 wireless receiver and a
stationary radio communication device to be installed, for example the RF 4I/O wireless module, a radio
communication device of the Viewguard PIR RF, wireless motion detector type or a RF Smoke Detector Base.
Please observe the instructions given in the Mounting and Connection Instructions of the radio communication
device in question regarding the radio revision mode.

The operating time of the RF BUS-2 wireless receiver when operated with a 9 V battery in the radio
revision mode about 10 to 15 hours. The radio revision mode is left again by pulling the 9 V battery off.
For the other radio communication devices, the radio revision mode will be left again automatically after 15
