Symptom
AIBO cannot get up
after falling.
After picking up AIBO,
it stops moving.
AIBO does not emit any
sounds (musical tones,
sound effects).
The chest light flashes
rapidly.
The eye lights rapidly
flash alternately in two
colors.
The chest light does not
turn off when the pause
button is depressed.
Remedy
• AIBO sometimes cannot get up by itself. Help it at those
times.
• Place AIBO on the floor and press the touch sensor on the
top of AIBO's head for more than five seconds to revive it.
• Adjust the controller volume (see the "AIBO" ERS-110/111
operation manual).
• Reinsert the battery pack. If the problem persists, replace
with a new battery pack (see the "AIBO" ERS-110/111
operation manual).
• Remove the battery pack (see the "AIBO" ERS-110/111
operation manual). Reinsert the battery pack, release the
pause button and then depress the pause button.
• There is a problem with the program.
