"allTextile" programme

The iron will shift automatically to the "allTextile"
programme.
If this function is selected, an appropriate
temperature is set which is suitable for all fabrics
that can be ironed (symbols

3. "startStop Control" function
After the initial heating, "startStop Control" function
switches off the iron when it is left unattended, thus
increasing security and saving energy.
1 While the handle is gripped, the iron heats up.
Steam is generated automatically (in
"autoSteam" mode). The "startStop Control"
indicator lamp (2) will remain lit continuously.
2 When the handle is released, the
"startStop Control" function is activated and the
iron stops heating. Steam generation is stopped.
The "startStop Control" indicator lamp (2) will
flash.

4. Setting the temperature

Your steam iron is equipped with six ironing
programmes. Each programme sets an appropriate
combination of temperature and steam which is
suitable for the kind of garment selected.
