Use
When the baking tray is manufactured,
the enamelling process can give rise to
slight colour differences around the
perforations. This has no effect on the
use or quality of the product.
The baking tray has a special
PerfectClean finish which has extremely
good anti-stick properties and is very
easy to clean. It is not necessary to
grease the surface or to line it with
baking paper before baking.
However, do not use ceramic knives
as these will scratch the
PerfectClean surface.
Freshly made baked goods
Roll the dough out on a flat and even
surface and then place it on the round
perforated baking tray. This will avoid
the dough being pressed down into the
perforations.
Deep frozen / Ready-made products
Follow the manufacturer's instructions
on the packaging.
