Save to EEPROM
By storing the parameterization in the non-volatile memory (EEPROM) of the
frequency inverter, the settings are retained even after a power failure.

Operation

Make sure that the moving drive does not pose a danger to persons or
system sections.
Take suitable measures to prevent the drive from exceeding technical or
WARNING
mechanical limits.
After the power supply of the SINAMICS drive has been activated and the timer
(DTC) parameter has been set, the pump drive is controlled by time.
Note that the motor data is determined after the SINAMICS G120P drive is
switched on for the first time. (for the setting p1900 = 2, see

Parameters
p8412[0]
Set the parameter p8412[0] (switch-off time hour) to the
value 21 (21.xx clock).
p8412[1]
Leave the parameter p8412[1] (switch-off time minute) at the
value 0 (21.00 h).
p8409
Finish the parameterization of the DTC by setting the
parameter p8409 (DTC activation) to the value 1.
p0840
Connect parameter p0840 (ON/OFF) to the output of the
DTC (parameter r8413[0]). This defines the output of the
DTC as the signal source for activating the drive.
p1000
Set parameter p1000 (speed reference selection) to value 3
(speed fixed reference).
p1001
In parameter p1001 (fixed speed setpoint 1), enter the
desired speed of the pump in revolutions per minute.
Parameters
p0971
Set the value of parameter p0971 (Save parameter) to 1.
-
Wait until parameter p0971 displays the value 0 again.
