Wee Rad Corner Shield Introduction
The Wee Rad corner clearance 'E' can be reduced to 120mm with the Wee Rad corner
shields fitted. When fitting the Wee Rad corner shields, the Wee Rad itself must be
installed to a corner clearance 'E' of 120mm. With the corner shields fitted this then gives
a wall to shield corner clearance of 100mm.
Please Note: You must fit the corner shields to the Wee Rad prior to installation of the
Wee Rad to ensure you have access to drill the mounting holes into the rear heatshield.
Included in the box:
• 2x Wee Rad corner shields
• 4x 8g self tapping screws
Tools you will need (not included)
• Power drill with 3.5mm drill bit

Wee Rad Corner Shield Fitting Instructions
1. Fold tab 90º under the corner shield. This tab then rests on top of the rear heat
shield. Repeat for both corner shields (A).
2. Position the corner shields over both the side panels and rear heatshield as
illustrated. The side return of the corner shield sits on the side panel of the Wee
Rad. When fitting the corner shields please ensure a small air gap of 2-3mm
remains between the inside of the corner shield and top plate of the Wee Rad (B).
3. There are two fixing holes in each corner shield. Once the corner shields are
positioned on the Wee Rad, mark the hole locations onto the rear heatshield.
Remove the corner shields, and using a 3.5mm drill bit, drill through the rear
heatshield. Replace both corner shields and fit the mounting screws supplied.
Screw both shields into position.
The Wee Rad can now be installed.
