Cleaning

Clean the straightener or Cap after they have cooled and with
the plug removed from the household outlet.
• Do not touch the main body until it has cooled down.
• To clean the straightener or Cap, use a cloth that has been
soaked in soap and water and well wrung out.
• Do not use alcohol, thinner, benzine or remover.
Doing so may crack or discolor the surface of the
straightener.

Troubleshooting

Problem
During use, the unit gives off a burning
smell.
The Iron Plate does not get hot.
The main body is partially deformed.
If problems still cannot be solved, contact the store where you purchased the unit or a service center authorized by Panasonic
for repair.
