The control allows three setting options.
Red Wine Use for the storage of red wines. This setting
will provide a storage temperature of 55°F (13°C), which
is optimum for the storage of red wine.
White Wine Use for the storage of white wines. This
setting will provide a storage temperature of 45°F (7°C),
which is optimum for the storage of white wine.
Custom Temp This setting allows the consumer to
customize the temperature when storing both red and
white wines. The custom temperature can be set any-
where between 40°F to 65°F (4°-18°C). The recom-
mended temperature when storing half red and half
white wine is 50°F (10°C). Pressing the Custom Temp
pad will allow the Red Wine and White Wine pads to
be used as temp up and temp down pads.
When pressing a pad, the selected temperature will
momentarily show in the display, then revert to the
actual interior temperature.
The control pads can be locked by pressing the Red
Wine and Interior Light pads simultaneously for at least 3
seconds. The letters LOC will be displayed when a pad is
pressed. Exit lockout by pressing the Red Wine and
Interior Light pads again.
NOTE: In the event of a power failure, the unit will
default to the Red Wine setting.
NOTE: Moisture collecting and beading on outer glass is
NORMAL when the ambient temperature is 90°F, the
relative humidity is 85% and the control is set for a wine
temperature of 45°F or less.
