13. IC7205 informs IC001 the boot up is complete.
14. IC001 unblanks the CRT resuming normal TV operation.
Upgrade error
IC7205 pulses the rear panel LED D7204 to show an error code if:
• IC7205 discovers there is no first folder on the memory stick.
• After loading the first folder, IC7205 discovers there is no second folder for IC9209 to upgrade.
• Memory stick is not making good contact.
