ADMINISTRATION FEATURES

System Speed Dial / Abbreviated Dialling
System (000-999)
System must be programmed from extension 101
Press Speaker

Dial 753

Dial speed dial location number SYS(000-999)

Dial telephone number

HOLD

Dial speed dial name ( Max 11 letters ) use numerical keys

HOLD to save then Speaker to exit.

NB: Press # to move cursor right, twice for a space
NB: Press FEATURE to delete last letter
Retrieving speed dials
Press the Silver Navigator Dial to the Right
Enter first letter of name
Press up or down arrow to scroll that letter
Once you have the number desired on the screen, pick up
handset to place the call.
Or
Press the Silver Navigator Dial to the Left labelled Redial
Enter the position the speed dial has been stored behind (000-999)
Pick up the handset to dial or press the Speaker key

One Touch Key Programming
To program a function key
Press Speaker key

Dial 751

Press the key you wish to program

Dial 01 to assign as a one touch key

Enter the dialled digits

 For an extension key enter the extension
number ie 101
 For an external number enter zero, then the
number ie. 0 0411 111 111
Press HOLD to save

Press Speaker to exit

Changing Extension Name
Press Speaker and dial 700

Enter the extension number of the phone you wish to

change
Enter the new name over the old using the numerical

keypad.
 Press Hold to save & Speaker to exit
Changing System Time
Press SPK

Dial 728

Dial Hour ( 2 digits in 24 hour time eg 1.00pm is entered as 13 )

Dial Minute ( 2 digits )

Press SPK to exit

