NOTE OF REPLACING THE ELECTRICAL PARTS ON
EACH BOARD FOR REPAIRING
Among the parts listed in the electrical parts list (page 55 to 65),
parts described as "Not supplied" can not be replaced for repairing
individually.
If a part that can not be replaced for repair is defective, replace the
complete mounted board or the whole parts including the applicable
board with a new part.
ABOUT REPAIRING OF THE KEY BOARD
Individual electrical parts that mounted on the KEY board cannot
be replaced.
When the KEY board is defective, replace the front panel assy (Ex-
ploded Views: Ref. No. FP1) including the KEY board with new
parts.
Also, block diagram, schematic diagram and printed wiring board of
the KEY board have not described in this service manual.
CLEANING THE CONNECTORS
Avoid touching the connectors directly. The
unit may not function properly if the
connectors between the unit and the front
panel are not clean. In order to prevent this,
detach the front panel and clean
the connectors with a cotton swab. Do not
apply too much force. Otherwise, the
connectors may be damaged.
Note
For safety, do not remove the front panel while
driving.
