3.2.21 Operating System Logs

The following describes how to check operating system logs.
Check the server that runs the Windows operating system.
Log in to the server as the Administrator user.
Choose Start > Run, enter eventvwr.msc, and press Enter.
The Event Viewer window is displayed.
Check for error information of the current day.
If error information is found, analyze and rectify the faults. If the faults persist, collect
the operating system logs and contact Huawei engineers.
