9-2. Installation of Program (HZS-7040)
Before using the HDS-7150 system, the operating program of the HZS-7040 (Optional Operation Soft-
ware) is installed to the flash memory in the system.
The program on the flash memory is not cleared by turning on/off the power.
If finishing this process, do not load this process till the version-up of the software is executed.
To install the program, perform "9-2-1. Downloading the Program" and "9-2-2. Initializing the Nonvola-
tile Memory".

If performing the program installation, the set-up data on the nonvolatile memory is initialized to the
default status and the data (snap shot and key frame, etc.) on the RAM are cleared.
When performing the version-up of the software except for the first program installation, perform the
following processes.
. Before the program installation, perform the following operation.
Save the data of the set-up, snap shot, and key frame, etc. into a floppy disk.
. After the program installation, perform the following operations.
(1) First load the saved data of set-up, snap shot, and key frame, etc. from the floppy disk.
(2) Save the loaded set-up data into the nonvolatile memory in the same way as "9-4. Saving Set-up Data
to Nonvolatile Memory".
