Entering English Alphabetical Text Input Alphabetical text input allows you to enter uppercase ("ABC") or lowercase ("abc") English letters. You can press a number key labeled with required letters once to enter the first letter on the key, twice to enter the second letter on the key, and so on. If the letter you want to enter is on the same key as the previous one, you can enter the latter only after the cursor appears again or after you move the cursor to the next space.

Writing and Sending a Text Message 1. Select Menu > Messages > Write Message. You can also access the Write Message menu by pressing and holding for two seconds in the standby mode. 2. Menu Commands Call History Missed Calls Allows you to view, save and delete call records (up to 20), send messages or make Received Calls calls to the corresponding numbers. Memory In Use: Allows you to set the memory in use (either the phone or the UIM card), if the UIM card is available. Memory Info Memory Status: Allows you to check all space and the remaining space for contacts in the phone.

Allows the phone to store the received messages and delivery reports. You can view, reply, delete, and forward the Inbox messages in the inbox. You can save the numbers extracted from the messages or make calls by using them. Allows the phone to store the messages successfully sent, if the auto save function is activated.

Auto Delete: If activated, allows the phone to delete the earliest messages automatically to spare room for new messages when the message memory is full. If deactivated, the phone cannot receive new messages when the memory is full. Priority: Allows you to set the priority of messages sent to the receivers.
