(5) PA boardをサービスするときの注意
･ PA boardのB面をサービスするときの手順
1. PA board上のTP001に半田を盛り， ショートする｡
2. PA board 上の CN003 と DSP board 上の CN103 をつ
ないでいる平型電線(5 極 1-757-817-11)を外す｡
このことにより， パワーアンプから音は出ますが
PROTECTION インジケータが点灯したままにな
ります。
3. PA board を取り付けているネジを外す｡
4. 十分な広さと厚さを持つ絶縁シートを図のように
置き，PA board をのせる｡
基板が筐体に触れないよう注意してください｡
5. PA board の GND と筐体を接続するために ,基板の
EP003 に AWG18 番線以上の太さの線材を半田付
けし，一方をワニ口クリップ等で筐体に接続｡
6. サービスが終わりましたら，PA board を元の状態
にもどし，TP001 の半田をとり，平型電線(5 極 1-
757-817-11)を接続する｡
• PA board SERVICE POSITION
･ PA board上のコネクタCN001を外した時の注意
PA board 上のコネクタ CN001 を外した場合，電源部
コンデンサのチャージを放電するために，専用冶具
(放電冶具：J-640-705-0A) を使用します｡
CN001を再接続するときに下記の手順でチャージを
放電してください。
充分放電せずに再接続した場合，PA board が破壊す
ることがあります｡
1. 電源を OFF にする。
2. 図のように放電冶具(J-640-705-0A)を接続し3分以
上放電する｡
3. 放電冶具を外し線材を CN001 に接続する｡

(5) Precautions When Servicing the PA board
• Procedure to enable servicing of side B of
the PA board
1. Short-circuit TP001 on the PA board by soldering.
2. Remove the flat wire (5-conductor flat cable 1-757-817-
11) connecting CN003 on the PA board and CN103 on
the DSP board.
When the above flat cable is removed, sound can be
output normally from the power amplifier but the
PROTECTION indicator will keep lighting on.
3. Remove the screws fixing the PA board.
4. Place an insulation sheet that has sufficient size and
thickness on workbench. Place the PA board on top of
the insulation sheet.
When placing the PA board, be careful that the PA board
should not contact with the cabinet.
5. Prepare a wire that is thicker than AWG18. Connect an
end of the wire to EP003 of the PA board. Connect the
other end of the wire to GND of the PA board using an
alligator clip or the like.
6. Upon completion of the servicing work, remove
soldering from TP001 and connect the flat cable
(5-conductor flat cable 1-757-817-11) to return the
PA board to the original state.
絶縁シートにのせ，PA boardをサービスしてください。
Place the PA board on top of the insulation sheet
and then perform service.
• Precaution when the connector CN001 on
the PA board is disconnected.
When the connector CN001 on the PA board is discon-
nected, use the dedicated jig (discharge jig J-640-705-0A)
to discharge the capacitor of the power supply block
before re-connecting the connector CN001.
Before re-connecting the connector CN001, discharge the
capacitor of the power supply block as follows.
If the connector CN001 is re-connected without full
discharge, the PA board may be damaged.
1. Turn off the power.
2. Connect the discharge jig (J-640-705-0A) as shown and
keep discharging for more than 5 minutes.
3. Remove the discharge jig and connect the connector
CN001.
