Troubleshooting

Problem
The power does not turn on even
after the POWER/SELECT switch
is pressed.
The appliance can only be used
for a few minutes after charging.
The RF & temperature indicator,
mode indicator, and charging
indication/notification lamp (
flashes once per second, and then
the appliance stops operating.
The RF & temperature indicator
turns off during use.

Possible cause
The appliance has not been charged.
The AC adaptor is connected.
The battery has reached the end of its life.
(approximately 3 years) (See page 23.)
The protection function in the main body
) has operated, and the appliance has
stopped abnormally.
The power will be automatically turned
off after each mode is completed.
After the preheating process completes,
the power automatically turns off if no
contact with the skin has been made for
approximately 1 minute.
A sensor has operated.
There is no power remaining in the battery.
Action
Charge the appliance.

Disconnect the AC adaptor before
use.
Please contact the store where
purchased.
(Customers cannot replace the
battery as doing so may cause
malfunction.)
Turn off the power and turn it on
again after some time has
passed.
If the symptom occurs repeatedly,
contact an authorized service centre.
Confirm that you are making
proper contact with the skin.
