VLED+ = ~10.5V and VLED-
= ~0.5V when LED driver is
enabled. Are they OK?
(Notice: VLED+=VBATT
when driver is disabled)
Try to change UI-module.
Are the LED's working

Check all LED's in UI PWB
(V101 - V102). Are they OK?
Yes

Check X166 (solder
joints). Is it OK?
Yes
Retest
