Upgrade the Camera Firmware on Cisco Accessory Hub
Procedure
Step 1
Connect your camera to your computer.
Step 2
Go to
Cisco Accessory Hub
Step 3
Click Connect.
Step 4
Select Cisco Webex Desk Camera from the prompted device list and click Connect.
Step 5
Follow the onscreen instructions.

When the upgrade completes, wait a minute for your camera to reboot.
