Infrared Troubleshooting

When troubleshooting infrared, make these common checks (see
• Performed a good visual inspection on infrared module and caps
• Check for power supplies VIO, Vflash1, and Vbat
• If VIO and VFlash1 is not correct, check UEMEK
• Check GenIO(23) is enable high
• Check for activity on IRTX and IRRX line,when transmitting or receiving
• If GenIO(23) or IRTX and IRRX are not working, check D2800
