1 . SAFETY
Ensure safety strap is securely fitted before moving workbench.

Select a work area suitable for the workbench and keep the area clean, tidy and free from unrelated materials. Ensure there is adequate

lighting.
Stand the workbench on a stable surface strong enough to take the weight of the workbench and the motorcycle.

Ensure that the motorcycle is secure and stable before beginning to work on it.

The maximum motorcycle weight is 360kg. DO NOT exceed this rated capacity.

Maintain the workbench in good condition.

Replace or repair damaged parts. Use recommended parts only, unauthorised parts may be dangerous and will invalidate the warranty.

Remove ill fitting clothing, remove ties, watches, rings and other loose jewellery and contain long hair.

Maintain correct balance and footing. Ensure the floor is not slippery and wear non-slip shoes.

Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the work area.

DO NOT attempt to ride a motorcycle up onto the workbench.
2 . INTRODUCTION
Lightweight, folding design with transportation wheels makes this work bench totally mobile for use anywhere. With a working height of 460mm, it
is ideal for servicing/maintenance. Additionally the loading ramp doubles as a convenient workshop stool. Folding design allows compact storage
where workshop space is limited. Suitable for professional workshops, mobile mechanics, enthusiasts, track days or as a display table in
showrooms.

4 . OPERATION
4 .1 .
Wheel workbench to its desired location.
4 .2 . With assistance lay the workbench on the ground, undo the safety strap and open the two halves out flat. The middle leg will deploy itself.
4 .3 . Remove the R clip from the pin on the middle of the leg brace. Remove the pin, see fig.1.
4 .4 . Fold out the leg perpendicular to the workbench and secure the leg brace using the pin and R clip, see fig.2.
4 .5 .
Repeat operations 4.3. and 4.4. for the other leg.
4 .6 .
With assistance, turn the workbench the right way up. Note: Take care that the loading ramp does not swing out whilst the workbench is being
turned the right way up.
4 .7 .
Fold the loading ramp down.
4 .8 .
Workshop Stool
4.8.1. Remove the R clips and pins which hold the loading ramp to the workbench, see fig.3.
4.8.2. Turn the loading ramp over and remove the R clip and pin to let the legs unfold. Turn the right way up.
