CONTROL PANEL FEATURES

Cycle Selector
Turn the Cycle Selector to select a cycle for your
laundry load. See the Cycle Guide for detailed
descriptions of cycles.

Energy Saver
This function is available with Normal.
With the Energy saver activated, drying takes a longer
time but the power consumption is reduced.
The Energy saver function is enabled by default.

Dry Level
Press to select a level of dryness, Normal, Extra or
Damp.
• For larger or bulkier loads, select Extra for complete
dryness.
• For items that need to lay flat or hang to dry, select
Damp for partial dryness.
NOTE: Dry Level adjustments are only available for
Sensing Dry cycles (except Sanitize). See Cycle
Chart for detail.

Dry Temp
Press to change the temperature of the drying cycle.
You can select from 5 different options (Low to High).
• High : For sturdy cottons or those labeled Tumble
Dry.
• Med : For permanent press, synthetics, lightweight
cottons, or items labeled Tumble Dry Medium.
• Low : For heat sensitive items labeled Tumble Dry
Low or Tumble Dry Warm. Provides the lowest
heated drying temperature possible.

Timed Dry
Press Timed Dry to select 20, 40 or 60 minutes of
drying time. Then adjust Dry Temp to desired setting.
Press power button to start cycle.
NOTE: Timed Dry overrides any Cycle Selector setting.

Chime
Press to turn Chime on or off. When turned on, a
chime sounds near end of drying cycle to alert you
that cycle is about to finish. See Special Features for
more detail.

Wrinkle Guard
To reduce wrinkling, at the end of the cycle Wrinkle
Guard provides a brief period of tumbling in unheated
air every 15 minutes for a total 90 minutes.
Press Wrinkle Guard to activate this feature.
The load is dry and can be removed at any time
during the Wrinkle Guard cycle.
Wrinkle Guard deactivates when the dryer door is
opened.

Damp Dry Signal
This alert is available only on Sensing Cycles. It isn't
available for Timed Cycles or the Timed Dry function.
When activated, the DampDry Signal indicator blinks
when average dryness of the items in the load is at
80%. At that time you can choose to remove items
that you don't want fully or overly dried.

More Time
Press More Time or Less Time buttons to change the
time durations of the Touch Up, Express and Air Dry
Timed Cycles and the Timed Dry function. The time
changes will appear in the display screen.
Press and hold Less Time for three seconds to lock
control panel (except for Power button) from use. See
Special Features for more detail.

Power
Press to turn dryer on or off.

Start/Pause
Press to start drying cycle. Press again to pause cycle
operation.
