1 If an error occurs in the Intercept Mode, the C900TTL-E automatically falls back to the telco line.
2 If the D6600 does not acknowledge a report that was intercepted by the C900TTL-E in the proper amount of time, the digital dialer hangs up
and retries the message transmission. The proper amount of time is measured as a failed message transmission at the digital dialer. Based on
the number of hang-ups, the C900TTL-E switches to Fallback Mode.
3 The time that elapses between polls from the C900TTL-E when idle (not expecting a dialer acknowledgement). C900TTL-E version 1.11 or
later is required for a 75 seconds poll with DIP Switch 7 OFF. Otherwise, the poll is 30 seconds with DIP switch 7 OFF.
4 C900TTL-E version 1.10 or later is required, and DIP Switch 9 must be ON if the D6600 is set up for NNC mode.
Intercept errors are always reported to the D6600. If the D6600 does not acknowledge a signal
intercepted by the C900TTL-E in the proper amount of time, the control panel digital dialer hangs up
and retries the message transmission.

1. Use the D6200 Programming Software to set the
poll rate on the C900TTL-E.
For UL Certificated installations, the maximum
allowable interval is 360 seconds to meet the
requirement for polling supervision established
by UL. In most cases, to obtain a polling
supervision interval of 360 seconds, set
Poll Rate = 240 and RETRY = 13.
Because of differences in packet transmission
time latency within different networks, the poll
rate times vary. Contact Technical Support at
Bosch Security Systems, Inc. for assistance to
establish the latency time for the network on
which you are installing the C900TTL-E.
Refer to D6200 Programming Software
Operation and Installation Guide
(P/N: 4998154991).
2. Set DIP Switch 7 to ON to enable 240-second
supervision signals.
3. Add a telnet password to the communications
protocol of the C900TTL-E (refer to Step 16 in
Section 4.5 Using Telnet to Finish the Configuration
on page 18).

Ensure that your installation manager (or
other appropriate management personnel)
has provided a method to ensure that this
password is retained for future reference.
4. Program into the control panel a daily test signal
to send through the digital dialer. This signal
tests the connection from the control panel to
the C900TTL-E.
5. Connect Output 1 (refer to Section 2.3.2 Outputs
on page 9) from the C900TTL-E to a D130
Relay Module connected to the same 24-hour
zone on the control panel. This acts as a method
to test the functioning of the control panel's
digital dialer if the CPU in the C900TTL-E fails.
6. Connect Output 2 from the C900TTL-E to a
second D130 Relay Module connected to a
24-hour zone on the control panel. This acts as a
method to test the operation of the control
panel's digital dialer if the network
communications path supervision fails.
Use the C900TTL-E with a UL Listed
Burglary Alarm Control Unit or a UL Listed
combination Fire/Burglary Alarm Control
Unit or Listed DACT, installed according to
the manufacturer's instructions.
