You can connect an alternate audio/visual source such as another DVD player by following the
diagram in Figure 20.
If you wish to use digital audio input from your DVD player to the DCP501, you must assign
either the Optical or Coaxial input to the DCP501 video input by using the INPUT SETUP
screens. See the "Operations" section for information on using the INPUT SETUP screens.
Before connecting your DVD player, check the manual supplied with your DVD player for the
manufacturer's installation guidelines.
