If a login service other than Department ID Management is used in the iR6020i/
5020i, the authenticated user's e-mail address will be sent to the destination. For
more information, see Chapter 1, "Various Sending Methods," in the Sending
Function/Facsimile Guide.

G Moving/duplicating the document to another inbox:

Click [Move and Duplicate] (iR105, iR8500, iR85, iR7200, iR6020i/5020i,
iR5020N, iR6000i/5000i, or iR3300i/2200i) or [Move to Box] (iR6000/5000 or
iR3300/2800/2200).

Click the Name drop-down list under Target Box © select the inbox where you
want to move/duplicate the document © click [OK].
To duplicate the document to another inbox, select the [Duplicate Documents]
check box.
G Deleting a document:
