2. INTRODUCTION
Lightweight cordless glue gun powered by a 3.7V 1.3Ah Lithium-ion battery. Features LED light indicators to show when fully heated up. Ready
to use in 20 seconds. Operating time of 30 minutes on a full charge. Supplied with four glue sticks and a USB charging cable. Suitable for
Ø7.2mm glue sticks.

4. BATTERY CHARGING
4.1.
Only use the supplied charging cable.
4.2.
The battery is supplied partially charged. Charge the
battery for at least 2-3 hours before first use.
4.3.
The glue gun can not be used during charging.
4.4.
The battery can be charged at any time without reducing
its service life. Interupting the charging procedure does
not damage the battery.
4.5.
The battery is protected from deep discharging. When
the battery is dischaged the glue gun is switched off by
a protective circuit. The glue is no longer heated.
4.6.
BATTERY LED INDICATOR (RH)
Red flashing: Battery is being charged
Green solid: Battery is fully charged
Red flashing (not plugged into charge cable): Battery is
below 30% capacity and should be charged
4.7.
Plug charge cable into Charging socket.
4.8.
Disconnect when not using for long periods.
5. OPERATION
WARNING! Risk of burns, glue reaches approximately 170°C. If hot glue comes into contact with skin, hold under a stream of cold
water for several minutes.
5.1.
Save energy, only switch on when being used.
5.2.
SWITCH ON
Press button On/Off to turn on, until the Heating LED indicator lights green. DO NOT leave unattended whilst glue gun is heating up.
Place on a heatproof surface.
5.3.
HEATING LED INDICATORS (LH)
Green flashing (for approximately 20 seconds): glue is being heated
Green solid: glue gun ready to use
5.4.
SWITCH OFF
Press button On/Off until Heating LED indicator turns off.
5.5.
AUTOMATIC SWITCH OFF
Glue gun switches off automatically after 2 minutes to save energy.
5.6.
Switch the glue gun on again and check the Heating LED indicator. If the Battery LED indicator briefly lights up RED, the battery
must be recharged.
5.7.
After use place glue gun down in a safe manner and allow it to cool down completely before storage.
5.8.
PREPARATION FOR GLUING
5.8.1.
Surfaces must be free from grease, clean and dry.
5.8.2.
Materials to be glued as well as the surface on which the work is taking place must not be easily ignitable or flammable.
5.8.3.
Check the suitability of materials to be glued on a test work piece.
5.8.4.
Ambient temperature of a workpiece must be between +5°C and +50°C.
5.8.5.
Materials such as metals, which cool off the glue quickly, should be preheated with a hot air gun.
5.9.
GLUING
5.9.1.
Insert the appropriate glue stick into the opening in the rear of the glue gun.
5.9.2.
Switch on and allow to heat up (see 5.2 above). Glue gun is ready after approximately 20 seconds.
5.9.3.
Press the feed trigger, applying moderate pressure.
5.9.4.
Apply glue onto one side only, press the glued surfaces together. It is still possible to adjust the location of the two pieces at this point.
5.9.5.
The glued joint can be subjected to load after a cool down period of approximately two minutes.
5.9.6.
Remove glue residue after cooling with a blunt object. If necessary glued joints can be separated again by applying heat.
DO NOT use inflammable solvents for cleaning the surfaces to be glued. Solvent residues can ignite from hot glue or hazardous

vapours could develop.
DO NOT remove a partially used glue stick from the end of the glue gun.

6. MAINTENANCE
WARNING! Remove charge cable before performing maintenance.
6.1.
Clean with a damp cloth, DO NOT use solvents.
