1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1.1. GENERAL SAFETY
p WARNING! Ensure Health & Safety, local authority and general workshop practice requirements are adhered to when using this equipment.
3 Familiarise yourself with the application and limitations, as well as the potential hazards of the kit.
3 This kit is suitable for cutting/bending copper, brass or thin walled aluminium pipe. DO NOT use for cutting/bending steel pipe.
3 Maintain the kit in good condition (use an authorised service agent).
3 Replace or repair damaged parts. Use genuine parts only. Unauthorised parts may be dangerous and will invalidate the warranty.
3 Locate the kit in a suitable work area. Keep the area clean and tidy and ensure there is adequate lighting.
p WARNING! Always wear approved eye or face protection when using the kit.
3 Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the work area.
3 Secure the pipe to be cut, in a vice.
7 DO NOT use the kit for any purpose other than for which it is designed.
7 DO NOT use the kit if any parts are damaged or missing as this may cause failure and/or personal injury.
7 DO NOT allow untrained persons to use the kit.
7 DO NOT attempt to cut/bend piping when you are tired or under the influence of alcohol, drugs or intoxicating medication.
3 When not in use clean kit components, replace in case and store in a safe, dry, childproof area.
Remember! The safe operation of a vehicle, or other equipment, may well depend on the quality of the bend/cut produced.
Discard any pipe in which the bend/cut is malformed.

Composite dies suitable for bending soft metal pipes, with diameters between Ø10mm and Ø22mm, up to 180°. Hand-held, ratchet action tool
has interchangeable pipe guides. Tube cutter included. Supplied in carry-case.
