Calling a regular phone number (SkypeOut)

To call a non-Skype number, you must have signed up for the SkypeOut
feature and have purchased Skype Credit. For information about SkypeOut and
about purchasing Skype Credit, visit <http://www.skype.com>.

On the Contacts screen, press / to select "Dial," and then
press the center button.
The Dial screen appears.

Use the keyboard to enter the number you want to call, and
then press the center button.
A call to the entered phone number is started, and the Call screen appears.
To call a contact from the Contacts screen or the Events screen

On the Contacts screen or the Events screen, press / to select
the user you want to call, and then press the center button.
A list of options appears.

Press / to select "Call," and then press the center button.
A call to the selected contact is started, and the Call screen appears.
