  • Page 17 Basics Using the device when folded (Flex mode) You can use the device folded. When the device is folded within a certain range, you can set the device upright without using a tripod. When you fold the device, the layout of some apps will automatically change. For example, when using the Camera app, the shooting options at the top of the screen will go down for easier control.

    Charge the battery before using it for the first time or when it has been unused for extended periods. Use only Samsung-approved battery, charger, and cable specifically designed for your device. Incompatible battery, charger, and cable can cause serious injuries or damage to your device.
  • Page 19 Basics Wireless charging The device has a built-in wireless charging coil. You can charge the battery using a wireless charger (sold separately). Fold the device before charging the battery. Place the centre of the device’s back on the centre of the wireless charger to charge the battery. After fully charging, disconnect the device from the wireless charger.

If you use other wireless chargers, the battery may not charge properly. To have two phone numbers or service providers for a single device, activate the eSIM or insert two SIM cards. Differing from a physical nano-SIM card, an eSIM is an embedded digital SIM.

    Finding your ID and resetting your password If you forget your Samsung account ID or password, tap Find ID or Reset password on the Samsung account sign-in screen. You can find your ID or reset your password after you enter the required information.
