Date Stamp

This feature allows you to insert a stamp with the current date and time on to
the picture. The following options are available:

Date and
time
Off

Focus mode

The focus mode determines how the camera focuses the subject. The
corresponding icon from the table will be displayed on the LCD (see page 19
– item 13). Select one of the following options:
Icon
Auto-focus
Macro
Pan Focus
Infinity

Description
The date of the capture will be added to the
images.
The date and time of the capture will be
added to the images.
The capture date and time will not be
displayed on the pictures.
Description
The camera will focus a subject within the
focus frame.
The camera will focus a very close subject.
If the function is enabled, the icon will show on
the display.
The camera will focus continuously while the
camera is moved, and will therefore be ready
much faster to take the picture.
The focus is set to long distance
(recommended for landscape scenes).
