To listen to your old messages
Press the ENVELOPE button.
Press the DOWN navigation
button until the display shows

Press the OK options button.

Put the handset to your ear
and your old messages will be
played back to you, starting
with the oldest message.
Answering machine operation

Press the DOWN navigation
button to pause and resume
playback.
Press the LEFT navigation
button to repeat message.
Press the LEFT navigation
button twice to skip back to
previous message
Press the RIGHT navigation
button to play next message.
Press the RIGHT navigation
button twice to skip forward to
message after next.
Press the Delete options
button to delete the current
message.

To mark old messages as
'new'
When a message has been
played back, it is seen as an
old message and will be shown
in the old messages counter.
However, you can play a
message and then make it a
new unplayed message again.
This means it will show in the
new message counter again,
the In use light will flash and
the display will show
new messages
While the message is playing:
Press the STAR button. The
message is marked as 'new' and
you will hear "message marked
as new". The next message is
then played.
To delete all old messages
During playback:
Press the Menu options button.

Press the DOWN navigation
button until the display shows
Del All Old Msg .
Press the OK options button.
