'Wired connection' on page 12).
DLNA
My video does not stream smoothly.
Check that the home network has enough
bandwidth to play the videos. To save the
bandwidth on your wireless network, connect
your SoundBar to the router through a
network cable.
Use a Wireless N class router (300 mbps)
router for best performance.
Make sure that the Wi-Fi reception is strong
on your device.
Check that the video format is supported
by your home theater, the media server
application, and the mobile device.
I do not have enough bandwidth on my home
network.
If you are running multiple applications on
your wireless network, stop the applications
so that the entire bandwidth is available for
content streaming.
Make sure that you connect your SoundBar to
the network using a wired connection. Whenever
possible, connect other devices (such as PC) to
the network through a wired connection too.
Check that the network cables are not damaged.
I cannot see my media files on PC.
Check that you have installed a media server
on your PC, and have enabled file sharing on
your PC.
Make sure that the SoundBar supports the
PC media files.
Check the settings on your mobile device to
make sure that media sharing is enabled.
I cannot see my SoundBar when I scan from my
mobile device.
Make sure that the SoundBar is connected to
the same network.
Check the signal strength to make sure that
your device can receive the signal.
Make sure that the media server application
that you download on your mobile device is
DLNA-compatible.
