Updating Firmware

This feature upgrades LG Network Storage system and optical drive firmware.
※ If a PC has firewall or security running, the upgrade may not execute.

Menu -> Configuration ->
System -> Firmware update ->
Clik 'Upgrade' tap
B Click the wanted method.
- Automatic upgrade :

It automatically searches and
installs new firmware upgrades.

Manual upgrade :
Manually download new firmware
upgrades from the homepage and
install.

Connect to Network Storage Web
Menu -> Configuration ->

Clik 'Backup setting value' tap
B You can restore and save all the
firmware configuration in LG Network
Storage.
※ Configuration value : It is the
ON/OFF value and service
configuration value for each
feature.
