6. Control via the control panel

Note: The device can be switched on and off via
the control panel. The heating level and timer set-
tings can also be changed.

6.1 Switch on device

Please note: If necessary, a climbing aid (e.g. a
ladder) is required to press the ON/OFF button H
or the start/stop button E on the device.
Press the On/Off button E on the control panel.
The device will start. To switch off the device, press
the On/Off button E on the control panel five
times consecutively.

6.2 Setting of heating levels

Pressing the heating level button E serves
to switch the ceramic wall fan heater on/
off as well as to set the desired heating
level. By pressing the button E on the
control panel, the device will change to
the next heating level. Depending on the
choice of the heating level the respective
indicator will light up on the display panel.
Press 1x: Fan mode
Press 2x: 1. Heating level (1000 W)
Press 3x: 1. Heating level (1000 W)
with Oscillation
Press 4x: 2. Heating level (2000 W)
Press 5x: 2. Heating level (2000 W)
with Oscillation
Press 6x: Switching off

6.3 Timer-Setting

The purpose of the timer is to automatically
turn off the ceramic fan heater.
Please note: As long as a week timer is activated,
the turn-off timer cannot be used (see chapter
"Deactivation of the Week Timer").
With the aid of the timer, you can select the turn-off
time in hour increments. Then the wall-mounted cera-
mic fan heater will switch off automatically.
Turn the device ON (see Starting Up). Press the
timer button C repeatedly until you reach the
desired number of hours.
By repeatedly pressing the timer button C   , the timer
will be adjusted in 1-hour increments:
0H – 1H – 2H – 3H – 4H – 5H – 6H – 7H – 8H
Example: If the device should automatically switch
off after 4 hours, press the timer button C  until you
see „4H" on the display.
Wait about 5 seconds. The information is auto-
matically transferred. Then the device will be
automatically turned off in 4 hours.
If you want to make sure that the timer entry has
been transferred, press the timer button C  once
more. Then „4H" or your entry will appear in
the display.

7. Control using the remote control

7.1 Switch on device

Press the ON/OFF button 1 on the remote
control unit. The device starts. To turn the device
OFF, press the ON/OFF button 1 on the remote
control once more.
