TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEMS
Operation fails
• The indicators on Display/
Operation panel are turned off.
• The product does not operate
when operation buttons are
pressed.
• The HOT FAN indicator
(orange) on the display panel
and FAN SPEED indicator light
6 (orange) on the operation
panel are flashing.
• No hot air
The airflow is weak
The UNIT REPLACEMENT
indicator light (red) flashes
The FILTER CLEAN indicator light
(orange) is lit
The OFF TIMER indicator light
(white) and "H" of TIMER indicator
light flash
When the PATROLLING light
(orange) is lit, or the PATROLLING
light (red) is lit and blinks, the
following indications will be
displayed: (flashing)
A "click" sound is heard
The air outlet sends out sounds like
"buzz" or "Zi...zi...zi..."
A cracking sound is heard

WHAT TO DO
● Is the plug securely inserted, and is the fuse or circuit breaker
damaged?
● Is the child lock set? Cancel the child lock.
● Is the product tilted in an upright position?
(Tip-over Auto-off function started.)
● Is the room temperature excessively high during hot fan (auto)
operation? (Higher than 26°C.)
● Is the room temperature and humidity excessively high during
patrolling operation?
● Is the air outlet blocked?
● Is the filter of the air inlet obstructed?
● It's time to replace the Plasmacluster Ion Generating Unit.
Replace with a new one.
● If it exceeds the replacement time limit, the UNIT
REPLACEMENT indicator light (red) will blink rapidly.
● Perform maintenance on the filter. Is the RESET button
pressed?
Press for 3 seconds or more.
● Does the hot fan/foot warming operation continue for more than
8 hours?
(With the Auto-off function, the hot fan operation will stop
automatically after 8 hours of continuous operation.)
● Does the hot fan/foot warming operation continue for more than
2 hours in ON Timer mode?
(With the Auto-off function, the hot fan operation will stop
automatically after 2 hours of continuous operation.)
● Indicated by the result of the patrolling function.
It's suggested to adjust the temperature and humidity
according to the indoor environment.
● It's the operation sound, not a failure.
● Sometimes, the ion discharging sound may be loud, soft,
or silent depending on the room environment, and it has no
impact on the unit.
● Is the filter of the air inlet obstructed?
Perform maintenance on the filter.
