(3)Precautions for not making defects during inspection process
① At the start of every operation, check if any abnormal conditions exist in the
contact or molded part of the inspection-side connector before starting the
inspection operation.
② For ensuring a long service life, periodically apply an ion blow and air blow to
remove foreign objects from the connector cavities.

When forced fitting is repeated under misaligned condition, the socket contact
may buckle or become deformed.
Persistence of this condition will push the product-side header post and deform
it. Because this deformation may cause a contact failure, the socket must be
replaced immediately.
This condition may indicate a normal contact result during inspection but will
cause a contact failure when assembled into a product.
④ Immediately replace the faulty product as soon as it is found.
Verify all units of the same inspected lot again to confirm that they are normal.
