5. OPERATION
5.1.
Determine length of dip tube assembly required and insert the pump assembly (fig 1) into the 2" BSP drum opening and hand
tighten.
5.2.
Locate the pump in the position required and fix with the lock nut (fig 1-3).
5.3.
Place the delivery hose (fig1-4) into the receiving tank.
5.4.
Stroke the handle (fig1-2) up and down rapidly until liquid starts pouring.
WARNING! DO NOT allow uncontrolled discharge of fluids thus polluting the environment.
5.5.
Turn the air vent cap (fig 1-7) counter clockwise to prevent siphoning.
Note: Operate the handle smoothly to help prevent damage to the pump.
WARNING! DO NOT use pump for more than one type of liquid.
WARNING! DO NOT place the pump head upside down, which may the cause the liquid to leak out of the delivery hose.
6. MAINTENANCE
6.1.
Before each use inspect the overall condition of the pump for broken, cracked or bent parts that may effect the proper operation.
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be sorted, taken to
a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When the product becomes completely
unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and fluids
according to local regulations.
