    Introduction ® Congratulations on your purchase of the new Health o meter Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor Model 7632. This fully-automatic, wrist-mounted device is both easy to use and ideally suited for daily measurements. The large display includes systolic, diastolic and pulse measurements, all clearly shown at the completion of each reading.

    Proper Posture During Measurement 1. Place your elbow on a table so that the cuff is at the same level as your heart as shown in Figure A. Note: Your heart is located slightly below your armpit and a bit to the left of the middle of your chest.

    Taking a Measurement 1. Press the “User Selection” button to select Memory Zone 1 or Memory Zone 2. The measurement that you take will automatically be stored in the Zone selected. 2. Place the cuff on the wrist. Press the “ON/OFF/START” button will light up, checking the display functions.

    4. When the measurement is completed, systolic, diastolic, and pulse will be shown simultaneously and be saved automatically into the memory. The measurement is then automatically stored into the pre-designated memory zone. The last 50 measurement readings will be saved into each memory. Note: 1.
